DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES: A. Deposit: A non-refundable reservation processing fee of $25.00 and first night's room and tax deposit are required for each condominium reserved within 7 days of placing reservations. Cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards are accepted for advance deposits. Cash security deposit of $135.00 will be required for guests without credit cards. No refunds for early departure.
B. Balance: In Peak Season we require full payment 14 days prior to arrival. For other seasons, payment for remainder of stay is required upon arrival.
C. Cancellation Notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less $25 processing fee.
D. Any changes to arrival or departure dates must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
HOUSE POLICIES:
A. Absolutely no pets allowed.
B. Must be 21 years old or older to make reservations, payments and must remain on property throughout stay.
C. We request that you limit your visiting guests to 4 per day, per code. There will be a $10 per person, per day, off-property guest fee during Peak Season & Spring Break.
D. Group bookings adhere to contracted agreement policies.
